1. Professional Engagement & Freelance Scope

Services provided by MGA Mamun Network Websites Designing® operate under an authorized UAE freelance license. All design, software development, search engine optimization (SEO), and deployment milestones are formally documented in our client agreement and statement of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final project payment:

• 100% Client Ownership: The client receives complete, unrestricted ownership of all bespoke frontend designs, graphics, branding assets, database schemas, and custom application source code.
• No Vendor Lock-In: We deliver clean, standards-compliant, documented repositories so you are never locked into proprietary platforms.

3. Project Milestones, Delivery & Payment

Commercial projects adhere to structured milestone disbursements: typically a 50% initiation advance to commence wireframing, architecture, and coding, followed by 50% upon client review and live production deployment. Invoices are denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED) or equivalent USD for international clients.

4. Warranty & Ongoing Maintenance SLA

All newly delivered web applications include a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period covering bug rectification, browser compatibility adjustments, and core functionality validation at zero additional cost. Optional monthly maintenance SLAs are available starting at AED 400/month.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
